Hello, I'm Ryan Mullikin and I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2012. I chose a career in real estate because I enjoy working with and helping others. Buying or selling a home is an emotional experience and it's an honor to assist and advise my clients. I pride myself on being my clients' trusted advisor, being available to answer their calls, negotiate and help them problem solve.
Being very active in our local and state REALTOR® associations is very rewarding and has provided me opportunities to learn more about our industry. I currently serve on the North Dakota Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, the FM REALTORS® R-PAC and Program Committees (Chair). I am also National Association of REALTORS® Real Estate Safety Matters Certified Instructor in North Dakota for local boards and the state association. I have also earned the C2EX endorsement, which develops and enhances eleven competencies that indicate a Realtor®’s commitment to ethics, advocacy, technology, data privacy, and outstanding customer service.
I am a Dilworth, MN native and graduated from college with a degree in Business Administration. I was a 2017-18 graduate of the FMWF Chamber Leadership. Prior to real estate, I worked for the Clay County Sheriff's Department from for 18 years as the Assistant Jail Administrator and Deputy Reservist.
